Flat Rate Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping is extended to our customers located within the continental United States of America at a flat rate of $4.95 regardless of order weight. Delivery time for flat rate shipping is 3 to 10 business days. Ready To DrinkLiquid based items may incur extra fees.
Rapid Order Fulfillment
Through the most efficient, dependable and economical commercial shipping carrier which Go4itnutrition technology will select on your behalf, we will ship the products you purchase in most all cases, on the same day you checkout your order through the Go4itnutrition store, and no later than 72 hours after your submit your order.
Out of Stock Products
You will find that you are always kept informed about your Go4itnutrition orders all along the way while shopping online through the Go4itnutrition Store, even before you submit your order. Should any product you are about to purchase, become recognized as products that could suddenly go out-of-stock before your order is able to be fulfilled, you will be informed of this possibility even before you checkout.
In the rare case that any products you order are found to be out of stock, you will be notified by email usually on the day of your order, and no later than 72 hours, and be provided with automated links within that email that will allow you the opportunity how to choose how you want to proceed with your order.
Partial Orders or Back Orders
If any products you order from us, are later learned to have gone out-of-stock before your order is able to be fulfilled, upon email notification to you, and upon response back from you using automated hyperlinks within the email notification that we will send you soon after you place your order to notify you of any possible delay in fulfilling your entire order, our technology will permit you to quickly notify us as to how you want us to proceed with fulfilling your order provided you respond by email utilizing one of the three links within 72 hours, otherwise we will choose the Partial Ship-Reduced Order option to ship those products ordered which are in-stock.
Three Out-of-Stock Product Options:
1. Partial Ship-Reduced Order: This option allows you to have all products you ordered which are in-stock, shipped immediately and charged to your credit card along with the shipping cost for only the items shipped. Any products originally ordered but unexpectedly found to be out-of-stock before your order could be fulfilled, are deleted altogether from your order.
2. Saved Shipping-Back Order: This option allows you to choose to have all products you ordered which are in-stock, shipped immediately and charged to your credit card along with the shipping cost for only those items shipped. Any products originally ordered but found unexpectedly to be out-of-stock are back ordered on your behalf through a standing order Go4itnutrition fills and ships to you at the earliest date without any further shipping cost. You do not pay for shipping back-ordered products which you are only charged on your credit card for when your back-ordered products are shipped to you. (This option typically saves you shipping fees.)
3. Cancel Order-Entirely: This option allows you to cancel your entire order if you learn upon notification from Go4itnutrition shortly after placing your order, that Go4itnutrition cannot fulfill your entire order due to one or more products being found suddenly to be out-of-stock after your order is place. At your discretion your entire order is canceled and you are charged nothing.
U.S. Customers Shipping Policy
Go4itnutrition will ship orders to anywhere in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We will also ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses and other military addresses.
Same Day Shipping of Your Order
It is the shipping policy of Go4itnutrition to make a good faith effort ship all orders received before 3:00 P.M. EST on the same day the order is placed if placed Monday through Friday. In many cases orders placed as late as 4:00 P.M. EST on Monday through Friday may also be shipped the same day. While same day shipping is not always possible, it is the Shipping Policy of Go4itnutrition that any order be shipped within 72 hours of the order being submitted.
Door-to-Door Order Tracking for Your Convenience
In an effort to continually serve our customers in real-time, from the moment your order is submitted you will be able to track your order. First through a confirmation email acknowledging your order has been received by us, and again at the time your order has left one of our warehouses. Our technology will send you a shipping notification email with an order tracking number and URL link that will permit you to immediately access your private Go4itnutrition account where you will be able to track your order continually through the freight carrier’s delivery network until your order is delivered to the destination you selected which will result in a final email confirmation to you from us which will confirm your order has been delivered.
No Added Handling Fees
Go4itnutrition only charges you for shipping your order the cost that Go4itnutrition has negotiated with freight carriers. We do not mark up your shipping costs, or add any additional handling fees to the charges you must pay for shipping your order.
The cost of shipping products you may order, which you see updated in real-time as you shop online with us whenever adding or deleting products, or whenever adding or subtracting the number of each product you currently have added to your shopping cart, is your true and final cost for shipping those items within your shopping cart.
Credit Card Charges Only at Time of Shipment
When you submit an order through Go4itnutrition at time of final checkout, a hold will be placed on your credit card for the total amount of your purchase but your credit card is not charged until the moment your order is shipped from one of our warehouses. If you have ordered products that must be sent to you from a different warehouse, Go4itnutrition will charge your credit card separately for each set of items sent separately from multiple Go4itnutrition warehouses but not until packages are shipped. If your order requires partial shipment from multiple warehouses, Go4itnutrition will not charge shipping for one of your packages so you benefit from the same low cost shipping had all the items you order been available to be shipped from only one warehouse.
Undeliverable Orders
Occasionally packages sent by Go4itnutrition are returned to Go4itnutrition as undeliverable. When a freight carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund. We are unable to re-send orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order through the Go4itnutrition website.
30 Day Return Policy
Go4itnutrition is dedicated to offering you first-class service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase; whether your order or a product has been delivered damaged, is incorrect or simply unsatisfactory, Go4itnutrition agrees that you may return most any item purchased from us, for any reason within thirty (30) days of the product ship date, provided that you first contact the Go4itnutrition Customer Support department in order to get a Return Pre-Approval and a Return Authorization Number. An exception to this policy is food bars and ready-to-drink products which may not be returned.
YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR RETURN PRE-APPROVAL FOR THE RETURN OF FOOD BARS (EVEN IF MELTED) OR READY-TO-DRINK PRODUCTS.
You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and merchandise credit for opened items and will not receive a refund for the cost of shipping the products to you unless the initial shipment was made in error.
